Need to file a claim?
You can file a claim anytime by visiting the online claims portal and following the step-by-step instructions. You can also file a claim by calling Securian at 1-800-328-9442 to speak with a Claims Specialist during business hours.
If you have a loan protected by credit insurance, please be advised the plan administrator is changing from CUNA Mutual Group to Minnesota Life Insurance Company, effective August 1st, 2024. No action is required on your part. All other benefits, terms and conditions of your existing protection will remain in effect. If you have questions about your protection or would like a copy of your new certificate, please contact us at 601-977-8301 or by emailing info@magfedcu.org.
