Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19 (coronavirus), Magnolia FCU is closely monitoring the latest
reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are
taking extra precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our members and our staff while
delivering the best member service experience possible in these extraordinary circumstances.

Please continue to monitor our website, Facebook page, and eBlasts to receive the latest updates and financial relief options made available by Magnolia FCU.

Your Savings at Magnolia are Safe

Your savings at Magnolia FCU are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.

 

Branch Hours of Operation

Magnolia FCU will re-open its branch lobbies Thursday, May 7th. Our VA branch location will remain closed indefinitely.

In order to check the status of your Stimulus Check please visit https://accounts.magfedcu.org or type in your username after clicking “Login” to click the “Economic Impact Payment” button.

Scam Alerts

Please be aware that scams related to the coronavirus are already taking place. These scams include attempts to help you obtain your stimulus check faster, provide medical expense relief, assist in receiving government grants, and more.

 

NOTE: Magnolia FCU will NEVER contact you through email, text, social media, or over the phone directly asking for your personal or account information. We will never send you emails or texts telling you that you must “reactivate” or “verify” your account information.

 

Relief Programs

Magnolia FCU is actively working with members to provide financial relief when and where possible. Here is a list of the current special services available to our members during these trying times.

 

ATMs

Get cash free-of-charge at many of our ATMs around the Greater Jackson area.  You can avoid surcharge fees charged by other financial institutions by locating an ATM in our expansive ATM network by clicking HERE. You can also search surcharge-free ATMs by logging into our mobile app, selecting Locations, and then ATMs.

Keep your kiddos occupied with ZOGO!

Zogo Financial is an app that pays students for learning financial literacy. The app can be downloaded in the Google Play or App Store.

Online & Mobile Banking

With our FREE Online & Mobile Banking, you can skip the line and save your time! If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, please ENROLL now. You must be enrolled in online banking to access mobile banking.

Payments & Deposits

All checks, online payments, and ACH transactions (including direct deposit) will continue to process as normal. ATM, debit, and credit card networks will remain active and transactions will operate the same as usual.
